Welcome To The Baseball Lab
The Baseball Lab provides access to the most up-to-date technology and programming for baseball development for all ages including:
- TUNNEL RENTALS – Tunnels equipped with state-of-the-art pitching machines including the iPitch and I-Hack Attack with pitch sequencing and all pitch types, used by 23 MLB teams to simulate any pitcher.
- LESSONS and INSTRUCTORS – Hitting and pitching lessons available with multiple instructors
- HITTING LAB – Tunnel rentals and access with pitching machines. Hitting development programs, motion capture for biomechanics, bat speed training, and more.
- PITCHING LAB – Complete pitcher development. Velocity enhancement programs, command training, pitch design, and more. Motion capture for biomechanics. Trackman for ball flight analysis.
- HIGH SPEED MOTION CAPTURE TECHNOLOGY – complete analysis of all relevant biomechanical variables for hitting and pitching
